Feeling the pressure means you are likely entering a high-growth phase, so using this as a chance to find new paths to success will be key.<\/p>\n

Many first-time CEOs think they need to have every answer to maintain respect, but CEO\u2019s that act as if they know everything and that they\u2019re always right often lose the trust of their team.
